As stewards of the facilities on our campus we are grateful to God for the blessing of these facilities for use by the Community Bible Church family. To make sure the facilities are kept in good condition and that all occupants are safe while on the campus, we have established Building Use Guidelines. By completing this Building Use Form, you are agreeing to the Building Use Guidelines.

By submitting this application the person listed above signifies that he or she is responsible for the event/group and will see that the building and equipment is not misused. They will ensure that the event has proper adult supervision. The responsible person will ensure that the building and grounds are used in conformity with the expectations of Community Bible Church. The user understands that Church activities have priority of usage.

We will discuss fee schedules with you after we receive your form and if our facilities are available for your request.
